What we keep
- Your Google email, name and picture.
- Your settings, and who invited and admitted you.
- Your Kite app's key and user id; its secret and token, encrypted.
- Positions, orders and daily P&L from your Zerodha account.
- Your Telegram id and name, if you link it.
- What you write to us, and a record of every action.
Who sees it
- Google signs you in.
- Zerodha gets the orders you place.
- Telegram carries your notes, if linked.
- AI models read analysts' posts, and your risk per trade when you ask for a read. Never your name or email.
- PostHog counts members' page views and clicks under a number, with its own browser id. Text and typing are hidden.
- Admins see members' names and emails; analysts, those of members asking to follow them.
We never sell your data or use it for ads. Our cookies only sign you in.
Deletion
Delete your account from your Account page: everything above goes at once, the record of actions included, and it cannot be undone. Not erased: trades at Zerodha, Telegram notes already sent, PostHog's numbered counts, and, if an admin had turned you down, a one-way hash of your email and Google account, so an invite cannot let you back in without an admin. Server logs and backups age out on their own. You can also write to alphadesk@vaari.dev.
